Shipping policy

Production time. Almost everything we sell is printed or embroidered to order, so each item is made after you place it. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Custom and personalized work can take longer, and we will email you if that is the case.

Delivery time. Once your order leaves the print facility, delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping and 2 to 4 business days for expedited. International delivery times vary by destination and customs. Total time to your door is production time plus delivery time.

Shipping cost. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, the items in your cart, and the shipping speed you choose. Some orders qualify for free standard shipping; you will see it applied at checkout before you pay.

Multiple packages. Orders with several items are sometimes produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages on different days. You are not charged extra for this.

Tracking. You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your package ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, email thecustomcreation@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not able to replace orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email thecustomcreation@gmail.com within 60 days of the ship date with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will replace it or refund you. See our Return and refund policy for full details.

International orders. Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
